The final leg of refresher courses for white badge officials on the African continent concluded in Nigeria, with a large majority of officials from the West African belt being in attendance. As with the previous three (3) courses, this continued to prove to be a valuable exercise.

The second series of refresher courses for white badge officials on the African continent continues to prove to be a worthy cause. The North Africa schools were divided into two (2), the first being held in Cairo, Egypt and the second following immediately in Tunis, Tunisia.

A total of thirty two (32) officials from the North Africa region were invited (as newly certified officials were excused), these covered officials from Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco...

The first refresher course for white badge officials on the African continent proved to be a worthy and sounding success. A total of twenty eight (28) officials from the South / East Africa region were invited, these included Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Uganda, Botswana, Zimbabwe and South.....
