The Confederation of African Tennis (CAT), based since September 2005 in Tunis – Tunisia, which gathers around fifty African National Associations, its major target is to make Tennis one of the most popular Sports in Africa, while imposing its top players at the highest International level. In order to increase its finances incomes necessary to support the African Tennis in different domains: development, organization of juniors and professional events in all African regions under its authority, the CAT purposes to recruit a Sponsorship Responsible reporting to the President and to the General Manager of the CAT with a main purpose to establish contacts, to entire sales process and to negotiate with potential Sponsors to increase CAT finances revenues, which is supervising and financing number of projects in Africa such as the African Nations’ Cup (CAN), multiple Circuits and African Juniors Championships, Prize Money Tournaments, African Training Centers (Dakar & Pretoria) and Conferences & workshops for Coaches, Administrators and Officials. Required profile: - Adequate University Formation.
- Good skills on speaking and writing French & English.
- Excellent communication and ability to demonstrate negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close deals with Sponsors.
- A proven record of sales success and knowledge of sales
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
The job stipulates travels in Tunisia and abroad – Flexibility of the work hours.
