- Refresher camps will be held in South, West and North Africa during Professional events in order to enhance the standard of white badge officials and identify a core group of white badges that we can focus on preparing for a Level 3 school at the end of 2009. The core group of officials identified at these camps will then receive assistance in terms of travel grants and regular pre-tests to help prepare them for the Level 3 School in order to ensure a high pass rate is achieved.
- White badge officials in the respective regions and their national associations will be notified of the date of the Refresher Camp. The first camp will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 25 to 29 April 2009 for officials from the following countries: Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda, Mauritius, Madagascar and South Africa.
- A Level 2 School will be held in Egypt in March 2009. More information on this will be appearing on the CAT & ITF website and National Associations will also be informed by ITF.
- A Level 3 School is currently being planned for late October / November 2009. This school will be held in Africa or Europe and the most deserving of our African officials will have the opportunity to attend.
- There will be Level 1 Schools as and when requested by National Associations.
