The ITF/CAT 12 & Under Western Africa (1) Team Competition 2024 was held in Nouakchott, Mauritania, from the 15th to the 18th of August. Hosted by the Fédération Mauritanienne de Tennis, the event saw participation from three nations: Mauritania, Senegal, and Guinea. 

 

In the boys’ competition, Guinea secured their spot in the final event after defeating Mauritania 3-0 and Senegal 2-1. 

 

Mauritania finished in second place after a 2-1 victory over Senegal, who placed third without securing any wins. 

 

In the girls’ competition, Guinea also qualified for the final event following their 3-0 victory over Senegal.
