Bringing together the best young tennis talents globally, the tournament saw Morocco and Egypt proudly stepping up to represent Africa. Both nations delivered highly competitive and resilient performances throughout the week, proving their ability to challenge traditional tennis powerhouses and ultimately ensuring that the continent maintains its quota of two boys' teams and two girls' teams in the 2027 edition.

In the boys' competition, the Moroccan team of Soulaimane Jamji, Reda Dhimni, and Adam Smihi was drawn into Group 1 alongside Switzerland, Bulgaria, and Japan. After gaining valuable experience in the group stage, they turned things around impressively during the 9th to 16th positioning knockouts. Morocco showcased their quality by securing a 2-1 victory over host nation Czechia. Despite a narrow 1-2 loss to Canada in the following tie, they finished their campaign on a massive high note by beating France 2-1 to claim a well-deserved 11th place overall.

Egypt's boys' team, featuring Youssef Nabil, David Fady Nabil, and Chris Youssef Yacoub Andrawes, navigated a similarly demanding group stage. Competing in Group 4 against Great Britain, the USA, and Czechia, they also headed into the placement ties ready to fight. Although Egypt suffered an initial 1-2 defeat to France, the team quickly found their footing and completely controlled their remaining matches. They responded brilliantly to register back-to-back 2-0 victories against Indonesia and Thailand, earning a strong 13th place finish.

The girls' event saw equally fierce competition and determination. The Egyptian roster of Hana Ahmed, Yasmine Samir, and Emy Mohamed played their round-robin matches in Group 3 against Czechia, China, and Germany. Meanwhile, the Moroccan team, comprised of Dina Jaoid, Nouha Touimy, and Joumana El Ouazzani, headed into the lower-bracket playoffs following a demanding Group 4 run against Italy, Japan, and India.

The girls' knockout rounds began with a 0-3 loss for Morocco against South Korea, while Egypt pushed a tough Brazilian side to the limit before being narrowly defeated 1-2. This sequence of results set up a highly anticipated all-African tie in the subsequent positioning match, where Egypt came out on top with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Morocco. Following that continental clash, Egypt faced Germany and lost 0-2, settling for 14th place in the tournament. Morocco, displaying incredible mental toughness, bounced back in their final matchup to defeat Colombia 2-1, successfully securing the 15th position.
