About
Official Body of African Tennis
Tennis Africa is the official body of World Tennis (WT) for the African continent. We today unite 54 member countries and are supported by nearly one million practitioners across the continent. Since 1973, our organization has organized and developed African tennis in all its forms: continental competitions, training of officials, structuring of national federations, and promotion of the game among younger generations.
For over fifty years, The Confederation of African Tennis has worked to grow tennis across the entire African continent. Today, we are taking a new step: we are Tennis Africa, an identity that elevates our ambition and our vision for the future

Logo Story
The Tennis Africa logo brings together four symbolic elements into a single dynamic identity. Inspired by the colours of African national flags, the silhouette of the African continent, the shape of a tennis ball and the image of the Earth, it reflects the organisation's mission to unite Africa through tennis while strengthening its presence on the global stage.
Purpose
To unite, develop and elevate tennis across Africa, creating a sustainable pathway for every player, coach, official and federation to thrive.
Vision
To be the world's fastest-growing and most influential tennis region.
Mission
To build a united and thriving African tennis ecosystem that develops champions, empowers federations and creates sustainable opportunities through development, education, competition and innovation.
To ensure uninterrupted visibility and provide a smooth, progressive transition for our member federations, players, and fans, our official website will remain at cattennis.com for the time being. This ensures continuous access to all our resources before moving to our future digital home at tennisafrica.net.
