The ITF/CAT 14 & Under African Junior Championship on Clay Courts (AJCCC) 2026 was held in Cairo, Egypt, from 6 to 11 April 2026.
Organized by the Confederation of African Tennis (CAT) in conjunction with the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and in collaboration with the Egyptian Tennis Federation, the event brought together 29 boys and 32 girls representing 11 countries: Egypt, Algeria, Benin, Botswana, South Africa, Cameroon, Kenya, Tunisia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
In the boys’ singles, Morocco’s Soulaimane Jamji was crowned African champion after a solid performance in the final, defeating Egypt’s Fady Nabil David 7-5, 6-3.
In the boys’ doubles, Fady Nabil David bounced back to claim the title alongside his partner Nabil Youcef. The Egyptian pair defeated Emil Paula and Youssef Yacoub Andrawes in a closely contested final 5-3, 1-4, (10-7).
In the girls’ singles, South Africa’s Wendy Modiba lifted the title after a remarkable comeback victory over Egypt’s Ahmed Sayed Hana, winning 2-6, 6-0, 7-6(7).
In the girls’ doubles, the Moroccan pair Chada El Falaki and Dina Jaoid claimed the title after defeating their compatriots Joumana El Ouazzani and Nouha Touimy in the final 7-6, 1-6, (10-3).

Prior to the championship, the African 14 & Under Grade (1) tournament was held at the same venue from 1 to 4 April 2026, serving as a warm-up event. The tournament allowed players to fine-tune their preparation, with Soulaimane Jamji and Wendy Modiba winning the boys’ and girls’ events, both going on to confirm their strong form by winning the continental titles at the AJCCC.
