ITF World Tennis Number is creating the world's largest tennis community and wants you to be a part of it.   

ITF World Tennis Number will establish a single global tennis rating for players of all ages, genders and abilities, making it easier for people to find opponents that are evenly matched to them, wherever they are in the world.    

More than just a sports application, the ITF World Tennis Number has been developed to drive participation by creating the world’s largest community of tennis players, enabling more people at all levels to play and enjoy our sport.     

Featuring a host of innovative features, the ITF World Tennis Number is powered by a state-of-the-art algorithm that analyses performance data and millions of match results in order to provide players with a real-time skill level rating that will enable them to have more meaningful and enjoyable tennis experiences. 

I would also like to point out that the Confederation of African Tennis had already made a commitment in November 2020 to the ITF in order to collaborate with it on this project and submit it to its Member Federations to get involved. 

Up to this date, around fifteen African countries have joined this project by signing a data sharing agreement and we strongly urge all other National Federations to join.
